Cylinder Head
Cylinder Head Removal
• Drain:
   Coolant (see Coolant Change(2-22))
• Camshafts (see Camshaft Removal(5-19))
  Remove:

   Throttle Body Assy (see Throttle Body Assy Removal(3
   -50))
   Exhaust Pipe (see Exhaust Pipe Removal(5-45))
   Timing Rotor (see Timing Rotor Removal(16-46))
   Engine Bracket (Both Sides) (see Engine Removal(8-5))

• Loosen  the water hose clamp screw [A].
• Disconnect:
  Slide the clamp [B].
• Water Hose [C]
   Air Bleeder Hose [D]

• Disconnect:
   Water Temperature Sensor Connector [A]

• Remove:
   Front Camshaft Chain Guide Bolts [A]
   Collar
   Front Camshaft Chain Guide [B]
   Rear Camshaft Chain Guide Bolt [C]
   Rear Camshaft Chain Guide [D]

• Loosen:
   Upper Engine Mounting Bolt (Left) [A]
• Remove:
   Upper Engine Mounting Bolt (Right) [B]
• Upper Adjusting Collar Locknut [C]
  Loosen:

 Special Tool - Engine Mount Nut Wrench [D]: 57001-1450
• Loosen:
   Upper Adjusting Collar [E]
