13-24 SUSPENSION
Front Fork

• Insert the lower end of the rod [A] into the hole of the
  holder bar.
    Special Tool - Rod: 57001-1902
• Screw the adjust nut [B] onto the rod as shown.
   About 40 mm (1.6 in.) [C]
    Special Tool - Fork Spring Compressor: 57001-1587
• Screw  the locknut [D].
• Set the other side rod same process.

• Install
  upward.
          the fork spring [A] with the smaller end [B] facing

• Install:
   Piston Rod Assy [A]
     Piston Rod Assy Stopper [B]
•   Screw the top plug [C].

• Set the clamps [A] as shown.
    Special Tool - Fork Spring Compressor: 57001-1540
• Tighten   the two bolts [B].
• Install the holders [C] to the clamps as shown.
    Special Tool - Fork Spring Compressor: 57001-1587

• Set the clamps [A] and rods [B].
