SUSPENSION 13-19
Front Fork

• Screw
  rod.
        the fork piston rod puller onto the end of the piston

  Special Tool - Fork Piston Rod Puller, M10 × 1.0: 57001
                   -1298
• Install
  upward.
          the fork spring [A] with the smaller end [B] facing

• Install:
   Collar [A]
   Washer [B]

• Check  the distance between the bottom end [A] of the
  top plug and rebound damping adjuster [B] with a pair of
  vernier caliper (Right Front Fork Only).
   14.5 mm (0.571 in.) or more [C]

• Install the clamps [A] as shown.
• Set the holder bar and compression shafts [B].
  Special Tools - Fork Spring Compressor: 57001-1587
                  Fork Spring Compressor: 57001-1540

                           NOTE
  ○Set the clamps so that the cutouts [C] do not fit the hole
   [D] of the washer [E].

• While  holding up the piston rod puller, insert the fork
  spring stopper between the piston rod nut and the clamp.
  Special Tool - Fork Spring Stopper: 57001-1374
• Remove    the piston rod puller.
• the piston rebound
  Insert the          damping adjuster rod into the holes of
              rod (Right Side Only).
